Granulation Aid of Fertiliser is generally done in granulation drums. Major concerns in wet granulation of fertiliser is porosity, dusting, lower granule strength and irregular granules sizes.
 
Granoas is the trade name of our Granulating Aid. The basic function of the product is to improve the granulation by adding it in the granulator.
 
Granoas is a liquid based organic product and is mixed with the water of Granulation at a minimal dosage level of fertilizer manufactured. The product gets easily mixed with the water of granulation and is easy for application to the granular fertilizer. The application is simple and it also blends well with the fertilizer ingredients without affecting its nutrients. It is intended to improve the granulation by reducing the dust and fines in the product as well as improving the overall granulation and also imparts anticaking properties to granules.

Oascure is formulation of surface active agent helps in faster dispersion of Sulphuric acid with Rock phosphate thus enhancing the speed of reaction. Curing aid can be added continuously along with the Sulphuric acid input line at a minimum dosage level of Single Superphosphate manufactured. After thorough mixing with Rock phosphate the product will help for effective dispersion of Sulphuric acid with Rock phosphate. The result obtained by such an effective dispersion will be either achieving required soluble P2O5 less than the normal curing time or achieving higher soluble P2O5 within the stipulated time frame of curing normally followed by the Single superphosphate plant.

This means that the soluble P2O5 achieved will be higher as per the standard curing procedure of SSP plant. This gives an opportunity to the SSP plant to use an equivalent amount of filler to adjust the additional P2O5. The economics of the product can be studied by conducting a plant trial. We are sure that if you study the economics of this process operation the price of the curing aid will be negligible. This will also give some added advantage to the SSP as it will be free flowing and free of an lumps or cakes.

Salts being mixture of crystalline materials have a very low critical relative humidity (CRH) therefore tendency of caking increases during storage due to absorption of moisture.

The lower the CRH the greater the tendency to absorb moisture from the atmosphere. This caking phenomenon can be avoided by addition of Anticaking agents.

Hygroscopic powders are widely used in Fertilisers, Pharmaceutical, Food industries,etc and usage of Anticaking agent improves product shelf life.

Traditional usage of Silica based anticaking agent has negative effects has it does not get dissolved in water and they are not environment safe. Anticaking agent developed by Oasis Chemical Industies is water soluble.
